The Capture direct thermal printer labels offer exceptional efficiency for businesses handling large volumes of packages and inventory. The direct thermal print technology eliminates the ongoing expense of ribbons, cartridges, and toner, lowering overall operational costs. The fanfold format allows for quick loading and uninterrupted feeding, reducing manual intervention during large print runs. Additionally, the permanent adhesive backing ensures that each label stays securely attached to various packaging materials throughout transit and storage, minimizing the risk of lost shipments or misidentified goods.

Suitable for

• Shipping and logistics labeling
• Warehouse inventory management
• Package and carton identification
• Freight and cargo documentation

When it may not be suitable

These labels rely on direct thermal technology, which makes them sensitive to prolonged heat, direct sunlight, and friction, potentially causing the printed information to fade over time. Therefore, they are generally not recommended for outdoor applications where labels are exposed to harsh weather conditions for extended periods or for items requiring archival permanence.
