How to use

Thread the adapter onto a 1/4" male screw or the female 1/4" opening of an accessory until hand-tight, then attach the resulting 3/8" male thread to the receiving 3/8" female thread on a stud, plate or mount. Use a suitable tool or spanner only if additional torque is required; avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage. When used with a double head stud, install the adapter onto the 1/4" end to convert it into a 3/8" male connection.
