Coffee Grinder Caso 1831
The Caso 1831 Coffee Grinder is an electric grinder with a stainless steel housing and two stainless steel grinding cups for different tasks. It is powered by a 200 W motor and designed for compact countertop use. The transparent lid and one-button pulse switch let you monitor and control the grinding process, while a safety interlock prevents operation without the lid. The unit's cable winding facility keeps storage tidy.
The appliance includes a 2-blade stainless steel cup optimized for grinding and crushing coffee beans and an additional 4-blade stainless steel cup suitable for shredding nuts, herbs, pesto and spices. The stainless steel housing and blades provide durable food-contact surfaces. The pulse switch with transparent lid allows short, controlled bursts for an individual grinding degree from coarse to fine. The grinder fills about 4–8 cups and features a safety function that only permits operation when the lid is in place.
Place the required grinding cup on the motor base and add the ingredients according to the cup's purpose (coffee beans in the 2-blade cup, nuts or herbs in the 4-blade cup). Close the transparent lid securely — the safety interlock prevents operation if the lid is not properly fitted. Use short pulses with the pulse switch to achieve the desired grind size, checking progress through the lid. After use, unplug the appliance, remove the cup and clean according to the manufacturer's care instructions.
For best results with coffee, grind only small batches to preserve aroma and stop pulsing when the desired particle size is reached. Do not operate the grinder continuously for long periods to avoid overheating; allow cooling breaks during extended use.
