Semi built-in (pull out) range hood CATA TFH 6830 GBK — 600 mm, 600 m³/h, Black, Touch control
The CATA TFH 6830 GBK is a semi built-in (pull out) range hood designed for domestic kitchens where a discreet, retractable extraction solution is required. With a 600 mm width and a maximum extraction capacity of 600 m³/h in ducted mode, this model combines compact dimensions with strong airflow. The hood features touch control, two metal grease filters, integrated LED lighting and an overall compact depth of 221.5 mm, finished in black for a low-profile appearance.
The unit delivers a balance of high extraction performance and energy efficiency, rated A+++ for energy consumption (17 kWh/year) and A for fluid dynamic efficiency. Touch controls provide straightforward operation and the pull-out design keeps the hood largely hidden when not in use. Metal grease filters are washable and durable, while LED lighting provides clear illumination of the cooking area with an efficiency of 22.6 lux/W. The hood is suitable for ducted installation to achieve its maximum extraction rating and operates with a maximum noise level of 69 dB.
Install the hood semi built-in above a compatible 600 mm hob following the manufacturer’s ducted installation instructions to ensure proper airflow and noise performance. Use the touch controls to select one of the six speed settings according to cooking intensity; higher speeds provide stronger extraction but may increase noise. Slide the pull-out section outward when cooking to expose the intake area and retract it when not in use to maintain a discreet look. Operate the LED lighting via the control panel to illuminate the cooking surface as needed.
Clean the metal grease filters regularly according to usage: wash them by hand or in a dishwasher following the manufacturer’s guidance to maintain extraction efficiency. For best performance, use ducted extraction to the exterior and avoid excessive duct length or poor routing. Run the hood at a lower speed for ventilation during light cooking and select higher speeds for frying or heavy steam. Periodically check seals and the duct route to keep noise and airflow within specified values.

Rating of how efficiently a device uses energy, affecting power consumption and costs.
Not only energy saving helps to protect the environment but also noise level reduction. Noise level reduction up to 3 dB really means noise level reduction in 2 times. For example, a device with noise level 39 dB (А) will be two times quieter than a devise with a noise level 42 dB (А). Energy-saving certificate that shows noise level plays the role of an additional objective indicator basing on which You can successfully choose a product.
