CERESIT CS25 Caramel sanitary silicone sealant in a 280 ml cartridge with MicroProtect is formulated for flexible, waterproof sealing of sanitary joints and connections. It bonds to glazed ceramics, enamel, many plastics and other smooth surfaces commonly found around bathtubs, showers, sinks and tiles. The MicroProtect formulation provides resistance to mold and mildew, making it suitable for permanently wet interior wet areas and general sanitary repairs.

How to use

Ensure joint sides are dry, clean, firm and free from contaminants that could impair adhesion such as oil, grease or old sealant residues. Cut the cartridge nozzle at an angle to match the joint width, load the cartridge into a caulking gun and apply the sealant evenly into the joint. Tool the joint within the indicated skin time to obtain a smooth finish and remove excess material. Allow the sealant to cure fully before exposing the joint to water, following the manufacturer’s recommended curing times.
