Product information

Description

The Chicco Tom Race RC is a remote-controlled car designed for children aged 2 years and older. With a bright white and red colour scheme and robust construction, the toy is intended to withstand energetic play while remaining easy for small hands to handle. The vehicle and its simple remote operate on alkaline batteries, providing extended run time and straightforward maintenance. The design focuses on safe operation and intuitive controls to support early motor skill development and hand-eye coordination.

Advantages

The Chicco Tom Race RC combines durable materials with a compact, lightweight body that is suitable for indoor and supervised outdoor use. The remote control is ergonomically shaped for toddlers, featuring large buttons and limited speed suitable for young users. Battery operation means there are no charging delays, and the straightforward assembly and maintenance requirements make it convenient for parents. The car’s bright colours improve visibility during play.

Suitable for

  • Children aged 2 years and older
  • Developing basic motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Indoor play and supervised outdoor play on flat surfaces
  • Early introduction to remote-control toys for toddlers

Key specifications

  • Type: Remote-controlled car
  • Recommended minimum age: 2 years
  • Product colours: White and red
  • Power source: Alkaline batteries (vehicle and remote)
  • Control: Simple two-button remote suitable for toddlers
  • Construction: Durable, impact-resistant plastic body

How to use

Insert the required alkaline batteries into the car and the remote following the polarity markings. Switch both the car and the remote to the ON position and check that the connection is established before use. Place the car on a flat surface and operate using the remote’s simple forward/back and directional controls. Supervise play to ensure safe use and to guide the child in controlling the vehicle. Remove batteries when the toy will not be used for an extended period.

Usage recommendations

Use the Chicco Tom Race RC on smooth, level floors or short-pile carpets for best performance. Avoid wet or rough outdoor terrain to prevent damage. Replace alkaline batteries in both the car and remote simultaneously to maintain consistent response.
