When it may not be suitable

These needle-nose pliers are not designed for heavy-duty demolition work or high-leverage cutting of thick, hardened cables. Users requiring insulated tools certified for high-voltage electrical work should look for dedicated VDE-rated alternatives.

Key specifications

• Tool type: Needle-nose pliers
• Material: Steel
• Total length: 150 mm
• Handle color: Black and red

How to use

Select the appropriate pliers for your specific task, ensuring the workpiece dimensions match the tool capacity. Hold the pliers firmly by the ergonomic handles and position the jaws around the component or wire you wish to manipulate. Apply steady and controlled pressure to grip, bend, or hold the material. Avoid using excessive force or applying torque sideways to prevent damaging the delicate tips.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 150 mm length meets your operational reach requirements
• Confirm whether standard steel construction is suitable or if insulated VDE tools are required for your electrical tasks
• Evaluate the jaw profile to ensure it matches your specific gripping and bending needs

Usage recommendations: Regularly clean the steel jaws to remove debris and moisture, and apply a light protective oil film to prevent corrosion. Store the pliers in a dry environment and inspect the handles and pivot joint periodically for signs of wear.
