Screwdriver Bit C.K Tools 422003
The C.K Tools 422003 screwdriver bit set contains two hexagonal extraction shafts sized for damaged, non-hardened screws. Each hexagon shaft is made for use with a reversible drill to enable fast removal of stripped or damaged screws. The pack includes sizes for screw diameters 6–10 mm and 12–14 mm, offering a straightforward solution for recovering damaged fasteners in workshop and maintenance tasks.
Hexagonal shafts provide a secure grip in reversible drills, reducing slip during extraction. Two sizes in one pack cover a common range of damaged screw diameters. The bits are designed for efficient removal of non-hardened screws without requiring additional adapters.
Select the extraction shaft matching the damaged screw diameter, insert the hexagon shaft into a reversible drill, position the shaft into the damaged screw head, and run the drill in the extraction direction to engage and remove the screw. Use steady pressure and reverse the drill if the bit slips, then try again at lower speed.
Use these bits only on non-hardened screws as specified. Wear appropriate eye protection when extracting screws and ensure the drill is set to the correct torque and rotation direction. If a screw is severely corroded or fully hardened, consider using specialist extractor tools designed for hardened fasteners.
