How to use

Insert the LR44 battery if not already installed and switch the thermometer on. Insert the stainless-steel probe into the center of the food or liquid until the tip reaches the desired depth. Wait briefly until the reading stabilizes on the blue-backlit LCD. To view the stored last measurement, use the device's memory function. After use, clean the probe, slide on the silicone protection cover and store the thermometer using the hanging loop if needed.

Usage recommendations

For accurate internal temperature readings of cooked meat and roasts, insert the probe into the thickest part away from bone or fat.
