Food thermometer CLATRONIC DHT 1039 digital, -45 to 200 °C, silver
Digital household thermometer CLATRONIC DHT 1039 is a compact stainless-steel instrument for checking temperatures of cooked foods, liquids and refrigerated items. The device measures from -45 °C to 200 °C, displays readings on a blue-backlit LCD and stores the last measured value. It is battery powered (LR44 button cell) and includes a silicone protective cover and a hanging loop for convenient storage.
The CLATRONIC DHT 1039 offers quick reaction and short measuring time with high measurement accuracy. It supports both °C and °F display, has a clear blue-illuminated LCD for easy reading, and a memory function that retains the last measured temperature. Its stainless-steel probe and included silicone cover make it suitable for kitchen use while the compact, battery-operated design ensures portability.
Insert the LR44 battery if not already installed and switch the thermometer on. Insert the stainless-steel probe into the center of the food or liquid until the tip reaches the desired depth. Wait briefly until the reading stabilizes on the blue-backlit LCD. To view the stored last measurement, use the device's memory function. After use, clean the probe, slide on the silicone protection cover and store the thermometer using the hanging loop if needed.
For accurate internal temperature readings of cooked meat and roasts, insert the probe into the thickest part away from bone or fat. When measuring hot liquids or beverages, avoid splashing and ensure the probe tip is fully immersed. Clean and dry the probe after each use and replace the LR44 battery as required.
