How to use

Pour cold milk into the stainless steel mixing container up to the marked level, select the desired setting with the illuminated rotary switch and start the frothing process. The integrated heating function will warm the milk as it froths when a heated program is selected. After use, unplug the appliance, discard leftover milk and wipe the container and exterior with a damp cloth; the jug can be rinsed to remove milk residue.

Usage recommendations

For best foam results use cold whole milk (around 3.5% fat) and, if available, milk with higher protein content such as barista‑grade milk. Start with fresh, chilled milk and follow the indicated fill level to avoid overflow.
