Collomix WK 140 M M14 Paddle Mixer 140 mm

The Collomix WK 140 M M14 Paddle Mixer 140 mm is a professional-grade mixing tool designed for efficient preparation of heavy construction materials, mortars, and adhesives. Engineered for reliability and consistent performance, this paddle mixer integrates seamlessly with compatible power tools via a standard M14 mounting thread to ensure a secure and wobble-free connection during demanding mixing operations on the job site.

Advantages

This professional paddle mixer ensures a homogeneous and thorough mix for various dense building compounds, significantly reducing manual effort and preparation time. The robust construction and optimized blade geometry facilitate efficient material flow from top to bottom, preventing the accumulation of unmixed material at the bottom of the mixing bucket. Its standardized M14 thread allows for quick mounting and removal, enhancing workflow efficiency for construction professionals and renovation specialists.

Suitable for

• Mixing cement-based mortars and tile adhesives
• Preparing leveling compounds and screeds
• Blending heavy construction pastes and sealants
• Handling renovation and masonry materials

When it may not be suitable

This mixing paddle is generally not designed for mixing low-viscosity liquids such as standard wall paints, thin varnishes, or light lacquers, where high-shear basket designs are typically unnecessary and less effective. It is also unsuitable for food preparation or mixing fine chemical substances outside of general construction applications.

Key specifications

• Paddle diameter: 140 mm
• Mounting type: M14 thread
• Application: Heavy building materials, mortar, and adhesives
• Tool category: Professional power tool accessory

How to use

Attach the Collomix WK 140 M M14 Paddle Mixer securely to a compatible power mixer using the M14 threaded connection, ensuring it is fully tightened before operation. Immerse the paddle fully into the material container before starting the power tool to prevent splashing and uneven distribution. Move the mixer slowly up and down through the material until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved throughout the mixture.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your power tool or drill is equipped with or compatible with an M14 mounting thread.
• Ensure the motor power of your mixing machine matches the demands of heavy materials like mortar and adhesives.
• Check the bucket size and material volume to confirm that the 140 mm paddle diameter fits your operational requirements.

Usage recommendations: Always clean the paddle thoroughly immediately after use to prevent material buildup and ensure long-term durability. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety goggles and a dust mask, during mixing operations.
