Comfast CF-WR630AX is a dual-band Wi‑Fi 6 router that operates on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and delivers a combined wireless throughput up to 3000 Mbps. Designed for home and small office networks, it supports MU‑MIMO and OFDMA for efficient multi‑user connectivity, BSS color to reduce neighbor interference, and mesh networking for extended coverage. The router includes 1 WAN and 3 Gigabit LAN ports, four 5 dBi antennas, WPA3 security, and arrives with a power adapter and network cable. Warranty: 24 months.
The CF-WR630AX uses the IEEE 802.11ax (Wi‑Fi 6) standard to provide higher bandwidth and lower power consumption compared with earlier Wi‑Fi generations. MU‑MIMO and OFDMA improve throughput for multiple simultaneous devices, while BSS technology reduces interference from nearby networks. Gigabit Ethernet ports and support for mesh configurations increase flexibility for wired and expanded wireless setups. Built‑in WPA3 authentication supports modern security requirements.
Place the router centrally in the coverage area and connect the WAN port to your modem using the supplied network cable. Plug in the 12 V DC power adapter and power on the device. Use a computer or mobile device to connect to the default Wi‑Fi network or a LAN port, then open a web browser to access the router’s setup page (follow printed label or quick start guide for the IP address and default credentials). Configure internet connection settings, wireless SSIDs and passwords, enable WPA3 security, and, if required, set up Mesh mode to add additional Comfast units for extended coverage.
For stable performance place the router away from thick walls and large metal objects, keep firmware up to date, and use WPA3 or WPA2‑PSK encryption. For best dual‑band performance, assign bandwidth‑heavy devices to the 5 GHz band and devices requiring longer range to the 2.4 GHz band. When expanding coverage, add compatible mesh nodes and position them within good signal range of the main unit.
