Bench Stand for Angle Grinder Condor CON-STJ-05 for 115/125 mm Discs
Bench Stand for Angle Grinder Condor CON-STJ-05 for 115/125 mm Discs
Bench Stand for Angle Grinder Condor CON-STJ-05 for 115/125 mm Discs is a metal mounting bracket designed to convert compatible 115 mm and 125 mm angle grinders into a fixed workstation. The stand secures the tool in a stable position, allows adjustable mounting and improves control during grinding, cutting and sharpening operations in workshops, garages or hobby spaces. It is intended to provide repeatable angles and safer handling for tasks that require stability and precision.
The metal construction ensures rigid support and durability under regular workshop use. Adjustable mounting accepts common 115 mm and 125 mm disc angle grinders and enables alignment for different working angles. By holding the grinder in position, the stand reduces operator fatigue and improves cutting or grinding accuracy compared with freehand operation.
This bench stand is not suitable for angle grinders that do not accept 115 mm or 125 mm discs or for models with incompatible mounting shapes. It is not a substitute for a purpose-built bench grinder when tasks require two dedicated wheels, very high precision balancing, or heavier-duty continuous industrial use.
Mount the stand securely to a solid workbench or table according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Fit the angle grinder into the adjustable mounting brackets, ensuring the disc clearance and guard are correctly positioned and tightened. Adjust the orientation and clamping to achieve the desired cutting or grinding angle, then lock the tool in place. Always check that the grinder's power is switched off while mounting and make sure all guards are fitted before powering up. Use steady, light feed pressure and let the disc do the work to avoid binding or overheating.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, hearing protection). Ensure the grinder’s guard is in place, select the correct disc type for the material, and avoid side-loading discs beyond their intended use. Periodically inspect mounting hardware for wear and tighten fastenings before each session.
