Conex Łącznik Compression 22mm x 3/4" mosiądz is a brass compression connector designed for joining 22 mm copper or plastic pipe to a 3/4" threaded fitting. The connector is manufactured from corrosion-resistant brass to provide reliable mechanical strength and a tight, leak-resistant joint without the need for soldering. Its design allows straightforward installation in domestic and light-commercial plumbing systems where a secure transition between pipe and threaded components is required.
The brass construction offers durability and good resistance to corrosion while maintaining dimensional stability under typical water system temperatures. The compression design eliminates the need for heat or adhesives, enabling quick installation and easy maintenance or replacement. The connector provides a secure seal when fitted correctly, reducing the risk of leaks and minimizing downtime for plumbing work.
Prepare the pipe by cutting it square and deburring the end. Slide the compression nut and olive (ring) onto the pipe, insert the pipe fully into the connector body and hand-tighten the nut onto the fitting. Using appropriate spanners, tighten the compression nut to the manufacturer’s recommended torque or until a leak-free joint is achieved; avoid over-tightening which can damage the olive or pipe. Connect the 3/4" male thread to the corresponding female fitting with appropriate sealing tape or thread sealant if required by the system. After installation, pressurize the system and inspect for leaks, re-tightening slightly if necessary.
Use on clean, undamaged pipe ends and replace olives when reusing fittings; follow local plumbing codes for potable water systems and ensure compatible thread sealing method for the applied pressure and fluid type.
