Internal Power Cable Corsair CP-8920284 PCI-E 8+8-pin 12VHPWR
The Corsair CP-8920284 internal power cable provides a direct connection between a compatible CORSAIR power supply and modern PCIe 5.0 graphics cards using an 8+8-pin to 12VHPWR interface. Designed for systems where the PSU already meets the GPU's power requirements, the cable eliminates the need for separate 12+4 pin adapters and supports high-power Gen 5 GPUs when paired with an appropriate CORSAIR Type-4 connector PSU.
This cable supports up to 600W TDP for PCIe 5.0 graphics cards, delivers a secure and reliable connection, and is compatible with CORSAIR PSUs that use Type-4 connectors. Its single-cable design simplifies cabling compared with legacy adapter setups and is finished in black to match common PC interiors.
Power off the system and disconnect the PSU from mains. Connect the dual 8-pin ends of the cable to the corresponding PCIe outputs on a CORSAIR PSU with Type-4 compatibility, then plug the 12VHPWR connector into the PCIe 5.0 graphics card until it latches. Reconnect the PSU to mains and power on the system. Verify GPU power delivery and system stability after first boot.
Use this cable only if your CORSAIR power supply is rated to provide sufficient wattage for the GPU. Do not modify the cable or use it with incompatible PSUs or adapters. Inspect connectors for damage before each use and consult CORSAIR documentation for PSU compatibility and safety guidance.
