Creality Hyper PETG is a PETG filament formulated for higher fluidity to enable faster printing speeds while maintaining part strength and chemical resistance. The material supports printing up to 300 mm/s on compatible machines and is designed to deliver smooth extrusion and good detail reproduction for functional prototypes and end-use parts.
The optimized formula reduces stringing and nozzle adhesion, producing cleaner surfaces and reliable layer bonding. Hyper PETG offers improved impact strength and toughness, making printed parts less prone to breakage under shock or collision. It also displays good resistance to chemical exposure and is broadly compatible with Creality enclosed and open 3D printers as well as many other FDM machines.
Load the filament into a compatible FDM 3D printer and select printing parameters suitable for PETG, adjusting temperature, retraction and cooling based on your printer and model geometry. Start with manufacturer-recommended nozzle and bed temperatures, then fine-tune print speed (up to 300 mm/s where your printer reliably allows) and retraction settings to minimize stringing. Ensure proper bed adhesion and part cooling for best dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Store the filament in a dry, dust-free environment and use a filament dryer or desiccant if needed to maintain print quality. For optimal results, test and calibrate printer settings on small samples before committing to large or detailed prints.
