Frying pan CS Kochsysteme EMDEN 24 cm, forged aluminium, marbled Procalon non-stick coating, oven-safe to 160 °C
This CS Kochsysteme Emden 24 cm frying pan is manufactured from forged aluminium alloy to provide even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The pan features a marbled Procalon non-stick coating that supports low-fat cooking and simplifies food release and cleaning. A heat‑resistant outer marbled coating and soft heat‑resistant handle improve handling and durability, while oven safety up to 160 °C expands its use beyond stovetop cooking. The pan is dishwasher‑safe and compatible with glass‑ceramic, induction, gas and electric hobs, making it a versatile choice for everyday frying tasks for one to two people.
The forged aluminium construction ensures consistent heat distribution and responsive temperature changes. The marbled Procalon non-stick coating enables low‑fat frying and easier cleaning without sticking. The heat‑resistant outer coating protects the pan surface and gives it a marbled aesthetic. A soft heat‑resistant handle provides comfortable grip and safer handling during cooking and transfer to the oven.
Preheat the frying pan on the chosen hob at medium heat before adding food to achieve even cooking. Use a small amount of oil or butter for low‑fat frying when required; the Procalon non‑stick coating reduces the need for fats. Avoid overheating above recommended temperatures and do not use the pan empty for prolonged periods. The pan can be placed in an oven up to 160 °C for finishing dishes; handle with oven mitts when removing. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to protect the coating.
To preserve the non‑stick surface, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Use silicone, wooden or nylon utensils and wash with a soft sponge. Although dishwasher‑safe, hand washing helps extend the lifespan of the non‑stick coating. Do not exceed the oven temperature limit of 160 °C and avoid thermal shocks by not immersing a hot pan in cold water.
