Graphite Grease CX80 CX-80 500 g — lubricant with graphite, 500g
CX80 Graphite Grease CX-80 500 g is a graphite-based lubricant formulated to reduce friction and protect metal components. Supplied in a 500 g tub, this grease combines the solid lubricating properties of graphite with a carrier grease to provide a durable coating for metal-to-metal contact points. It is intended for use where sliding, rolling or pivoting actions occur and where long-term protection against wear and corrosion is required.
The graphite additive ensures low friction at contact surfaces and improves load-bearing capability compared with plain greases. The formulation resists water washout and provides corrosion protection to exposed metal parts. Its consistency allows controlled application from a tub and it adheres well to vertical and inclined surfaces, offering persistent lubrication in hinges, locks, bearings and sliding mechanisms.
Before application, clean the surfaces to remove dirt, old lubricant and corrosion residues. Apply a thin, even layer of graphite grease to the contact areas using a spatula, brush or gloved finger from the tub. For bearings or enclosed mechanisms, use the amount necessary to ensure smooth movement without overpacking. Reapply as part of routine maintenance when lubrication becomes insufficient or after heavy exposure to water or contaminants.
Wear gloves to avoid skin contact and avoid inhalation of dust when handling dry graphite. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from open flames. For specific temperature limits, compatibility with plastics or seals, and detailed safety information, consult the product label or technical data sheet prior to use.
