Leak Tester Spray CX80 Duo Spray 500 ml — leak detection aerosol
Leak Tester Spray CX80 Duo Spray 500 ml — leak detection aerosol
CX80 Duo Spray 500 ml is a leak tester aerosol formulated to locate gas and air leaks in fittings, joints, valves and pneumatic systems. The ready-to-use foam forms visible bubbles at leak points, enabling quick visual detection of escaping gas without special instrumentation. The 500 ml canister is suitable for workshop, HVAC, refrigeration and industrial maintenance where fast identification of leaks is required.
The aerosol delivers a stable, non-corrosive foam that adheres to vertical and horizontal surfaces for accurate leak indication. Its trigger spray produces consistent coverage and reduces overspray, making it practical for precise application on valves, couplings and threaded connections. The formulation is designed to be safe on most metals and common materials used in pneumatic and refrigeration systems when used as directed.
Shake the can well before use. Apply the spray to the area to be tested from a short distance, covering seams, joints and suspected leak points. Inspect the treated area for bubble formation; continuous or growing bubbles indicate a leak. Wipe away the foam after inspection and, if necessary, repeat testing to confirm the leak location. Use the product in well-ventilated areas and follow any safety instructions on the canister.
Test on a small inconspicuous area if material compatibility is a concern. Avoid applying near open flames or hot surfaces and do not use on energized electrical equipment. For accurate results, ensure system pressure is maintained during testing and clean surfaces of oil and debris prior to application.
