Paint Mixer D-Line 9147115, shaft Ø60 mm, length 400 mm
D Line mixer is designed for uniform mixing of paints, varnishes and other liquid coatings, delivering consistent consistency and optimal results. Its efficient spiral design reduces air entrainment and ensures fast, quality mixing. The mixer is made of durable coated steel that resists corrosion and wear for extended service life. Mixer length is 400 mm, shaft diameter 7.8 mm. Mixing head diameter 60 mm, material thickness 0.8 mm. Weight 200 g.
The spiral geometry minimizes bubble formation and provides homogeneous blending across different viscosities. Coated steel construction offers improved resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear, extending product lifespan. Compact dimensions and 7.8 mm shaft diameter make the mixer compatible with many standard drill chucks while the 60 mm mixing head provides effective agitation for typical paint and varnish volumes.
Insert the 7.8 mm shaft into a compatible drill chuck and tighten securely. Submerge the mixing head into the liquid coating to be mixed and start the drill at low speed, then increase to a moderate speed to achieve even blending. Maintain a steady vertical motion and avoid lifting the mixer above the surface to reduce air entrainment. After mixing, run the drill briefly at low speed to allow material to settle on the head, then remove and clean the mixer with an appropriate solvent.
Use the mixer with drill models that support the 7.8 mm shaft and select speed settings appropriate for the viscosity of the material. Clean and dry the mixer after use to prevent corrosion. For highly viscous materials, mix in smaller batches or use a drill with sufficient torque.
