The DAHUA IPC-HFW1230DS-SAW-0280B IP camera is a 1080p surveillance camera with a 1/3" CMOS sensor and a fixed 2.8 mm M12 lens. It supports progressive scanning, H.264/H.265 video compression with smart codec options, two-stream output, and onboard features such as 3D noise reduction, DWDR, built-in microphone and smart illumination with IR up to 30 m. The camera is housed in a metal, weatherproof (IP67) casing and operates from 12 VDC, designed for both indoor and outdoor monitoring.

Install the camera on a stable surface or mount using compatible brackets; ensure the lens has an unobstructed view. Connect to a 12 VDC power supply and to the network via Ethernet or configure Wi‑Fi (IEEE802.11b/g/n, 2.4 GHz).
