DALI Thermal Car Camera TV991990 is a vehicle-grade thermal imaging system supplied with a 7-inch waterproof monitor. The thermal camera uses an uncooled infrared microbolometer sensor with 384×288 resolution and a fixed lens to provide clear thermal visibility up to approximately 350 m in darkness, smoke, fog, dust or glare from headlights. The industrial 7-inch TFT‑LCD monitor is IP69k-rated, high-brightness and designed to withstand vibration, moisture and harsh environmental conditions for reliable in-vehicle use.

How to use

Mount the thermal camera to the vehicle at the desired viewing position and secure it according to vehicle mounting requirements. Connect the camera power to a DC 12–32 V supply and route the video output to the monitor's CVBS input. Install the 7-inch monitor inside the cabin, connect its power to DC 11–32 V and adjust image settings via the on-screen OSD menu (brightness, mirror/normal image, trigger priority and language). Use the monitor’s sun visor and touch buttons for daily operation; the system supports two camera inputs if additional cameras are required.

Usage recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, install wiring with correct polarity and over-voltage protection, secure mounting points to reduce vibration transfer, and perform periodic inspections of seals and connectors to maintain IP67/IP69k ingress protection.
