How to use

Select Auto Mode to choose a recipe from the oven's database and let the appliance suggest the appropriate cooking mode, temperature and time; for custom cooking use Manual Mode with direct access to traditional functions and quick finish options such as extra browning, keep-warm or a 5-minute extension. Use the Culinary Guide by entering the weight of the dish to obtain automatically calculated cooking settings. For drying, set a temperature between 35 and 80 °C and use appropriate racks and trays. When using pyrolysis, remove large food residues and accessories that are not pyrolysis-safe before starting the program.

Usage recommendations

For best results, preheat the oven when recommended by the selected program, use compatible ovenware, and allow the door to cool after a pyrolytic cycle before wiping away ash.
