How to use

Drill a hole matching the rivet diameter through the materials to be joined, align the parts and insert the rivet body from the accessible side. Place the rivet mandrel into the compatible rivet tool and squeeze or actuate the tool until the mandrel snaps and the rivet forms a secure head on the blind side. Remove used mandrel remnants and inspect the joint for correct deformation and clamping. Use a rivet tool rated for 4.8 mm aluminium rivets and follow the tool manufacturer’s safety and operating instructions.

Usage recommendations

For optimal results, select a rivet length that accommodates the combined thickness of the materials with enough allowance for proper mandrel pulling.
