Screwdriver bit set Dedra 18A05PZ23-02 — 2 pcs, Pozidriv tips, 50 mm
Dedra 18A05PZ23-02 — 2 pcs, Pozidriv tips, 50 mm is a compact set of two 50 mm screwdriver bits with Pozidriv tips designed for use with standard bit holders and power drivers. These bits provide correct engagement with Pozidriv fasteners and are intended for assembly, repair and maintenance tasks where Pozidriv screws are used. Constructed to fit common 1/4" hex bit holders, the set is suitable for both manual and powered screwdriving applications that require Pozidriv geometry.
The bits are manufactured to deliver accurate seating in Pozidriv screw heads, reducing cam-out and improving torque transfer. Their 50 mm length offers a balance between reach and control, allowing work in shallow recesses and on slightly recessed fasteners while remaining stable in bit holders. Supplied as a two-piece set, they provide a simple spare or replacement option for routine maintenance tasks.
Insert a bit into a compatible 1/4" hex bit holder or the chuck/adapter of a power driver until it locks. Select the correct Pozidriv bit for the screw head and apply steady axial pressure while driving to ensure full engagement with the screw recess. For manual use, keep short controlled turns to avoid stripping; when using a power driver, set an appropriate torque or use pulse control to prevent overdriving. Replace worn bits to maintain proper fit and reduce damage to fasteners.
Use these Pozidriv bits with the correct Pozidriv screw profile; do not use them interchangeably with Phillips bits. Keep bits clean and inspect tips for wear before use. For high-torque or repetitive industrial applications, consider periodically replacing bits to ensure consistent engagement and prevent fastener damage.
