Abrasive sanding discs Dedra Anti-clog 125 mm P100 hook-and-loop, set of 5
Abrasive sanding discs Dedra Anti-clog 125 mm P100 hook-and-loop, set of 5
Set of 5 Dedra Anti-clog abrasive sanding discs, 125 mm diameter, grit P100 with hook-and-loop attachment for quick mounting. These sanding discs are designed for general sanding and surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces and light metal. The anti-clog coating helps reduce clogging during use and extends the working life of each disc. Discs are compatible with sanders and grinders that accept 125 mm hook-and-loop abrasive pads.
The anti-clog surface treatment reduces material buildup in the abrasive pores, maintaining consistent cutting efficiency and reducing the need for frequent pad changes. Hook-and-loop attachment allows fast and secure fitting to the sanding backing pad and ensures straightforward replacement. The set includes five discs, providing spare pads for continued work without interruption. The medium-fine grit P100 balances material removal rate and surface finish for common sanding tasks.
Attach the disc to a compatible 125 mm hook-and-loop backing pad on the sander or grinder, ensuring it is centered and firmly pressed to adhere. Start sanding with light to moderate pressure and keep the tool moving to avoid creating grooves or overheating the disc. For best results on painted or glued surfaces, check the progress frequently and replace the disc when cutting performance declines. Observe the sander's recommended speed range and follow the power tool manufacturer’s safety instructions, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and dust mask.
For extended disc life, intermittently clean the abrasive surface with a rubber cleaning stick or compressed air to remove debris. When working on metal, select appropriate speed and pressure to avoid excessive heating; for painted surfaces, begin with a coarse grit if heavy material removal is required and finish with P100 for smoothing before final finishing.
