Dedra DED7956 is a compact power screwdriver and impact driver in a single handheld unit. The tool combines continuous rotational torque with percussive impact action to fasten and loosen screws, bolts and other threaded fasteners. Designed for general assembly, repair and maintenance tasks, the Dedra DED7956 offers a balance of size and performance for use in confined spaces and on a variety of materials.
The Dedra DED7956 integrates screwdriver and impact driver functions to deliver higher fastening torque than a standard cordless screwdriver while maintaining a compact, easy-to-handle form. Its impact action reduces bit cam-out and makes it easier to drive long or coarse-thread fasteners. The tool’s compact format improves access in tight areas and simplifies one-handed operation during routine maintenance and assembly work.
Fit the appropriate bit for the screw or bolt, hold the tool firmly with one hand and position the tip on the fastener head. Apply steady pressure and engage the driving control to rotate the bit; use the impact mode when additional torque is required to overcome resistance or to seat long fasteners. Release the control once the fastener is set and withdraw the bit. For removal, use reverse rotation and impact mode as needed to loosen stuck fasteners. Follow standard safety precautions such as wearing eye protection and securing the workpiece.
Use appropriate bits that match fastener head profiles and check bit condition before use to prevent slippage. When working with soft materials, reduce impact usage to avoid overdriving. For repeated heavy-duty fastening, allow the tool to cool periodically and inspect bits and fasteners for wear.
