Drill bit Dedra H1227, steel, 115 mm length, for stone and concrete, 1 pc
Dedra H1227 is a single-piece steel drill bit with a working length of 115 mm designed for drilling into stone and concrete. Constructed from hardened steel, the bit is intended for use with hammer drills and rotary hammers on masonry and other construction materials. Its geometry and material selection provide the durability and strength required for anchor installation, fixture mounting and general-purpose drilling in hard substrates.
The all-steel construction improves resistance to bending and wear during impact drilling. A length of 115 mm offers sufficient reach for common masonry tasks while remaining manageable in handheld tools. The tip profile and shaft rigidity are optimized for transfer of percussive force, reducing breakage risk when used with appropriate hammering settings.
Select a compatible hammer drill or rotary hammer and secure the drill bit in the tool chuck or SDS holder according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Mark the drilling point and start at low speed to position the bit, then apply steady percussive drilling with moderate axial pressure. Clear dust from the hole regularly to maintain drilling efficiency and prevent overheating. Withdraw the bit periodically to remove debris when drilling deeper holes.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and a dust mask. Match drill speed and hammer settings to the substrate and use correct anchor or plug sizes for the hole diameter. Store the bit dry and inspect for wear before use; replace when tip deformation or excessive wear is observed.
