Double-sided PP Tape Deka D-300-0041 48 mm x 10 m
Double-sided PP Tape Deka D-300-0041 48 mm x 10 m
Deka double-sided PP Tape D-300-0041 48 mm x 10 m is a polypropylene (PP) adhesive tape designed for bonding, mounting and holding light to medium-weight materials on clean and dry surfaces. The tape features adhesive on both sides for a concealed bond and consistent hold on paper, cardboard, many plastics and selected metal surfaces. With a 48 mm width and a 10 m roll length, it is suitable for packaging, crafting and general assembly tasks where an unobtrusive double-sided fix is required.
The tape provides a balanced combination of tack and shear strength for temporary and semi-permanent joins on compatible substrates. Its polypropylene carrier delivers dimensional stability and resistance to stretching, while the double-sided adhesive layer enables discrete mounting without visible tape edges. The product is supplied on a convenient roll format that supports manual application and easy cutting to length.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oils or release agents before application. Cut the required length from the roll, remove one liner if present and position the tape on the primary substrate. Press firmly along the bond line to ensure intimate contact, then remove the remaining liner and press the second substrate into place. Apply consistent pressure across the bonded area to improve initial tack and shear performance. For best results, allow adhesive to conform to surface irregularities for several hours.
For durable bonds, apply at moderate room temperatures and avoid using on very rough, dirty or highly curved surfaces. Test adhesion on a small area when working with unfamiliar plastics or coated materials. Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve adhesive performance.
