Diagonal pliers Deli Tools EDL20025 Carbon steel Black handle

The Deli Tools EDL20025 diagonal pliers are manufactured from durable carbon steel and feature a black handle designed for a comfortable grip. Built for precision cutting, these diagonal pliers suit a range of light- to medium-duty tasks where clean cuts and tool reliability are required. The tool's geometry supports access into confined spaces and controlled snipping of wires and small components.

Advantages

Carbon steel construction provides strength and wear resistance for repeated cutting operations. The black handle offers a non-slip surface and ergonomic shaping to reduce hand fatigue during use. The diagonal cutting edges are ground to deliver accurate shearing action, minimizing deformation of the cut material. The compact size and angled jaws improve visibility and access when working close to surfaces or inside assemblies.

Suitable for

• Cutting electrical wire and cable ends
• Trimming component leads and small metal parts
• Model making, jewelry repair, and electronics work
• General household and DIY maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Material: carbon steel cutting head
• Handle: black coated ergonomic grip
• Type: diagonal cutting pliers
• Intended use: precision cutting of wires and small components

How to use

Position the material to be cut between the cutting edges near the pivot for maximum leverage and control. Squeeze the handles firmly and steadily until the material is severed. For insulated electrical conductors, strip insulation as required before cutting; ensure the tool is used within its capacity and avoid cutting hardened steel or materials beyond its design limits. Maintain a stable grip and keep fingers away from the cutting jaws while operating.

Usage recommendations

Inspect the cutting edges periodically for wear or nicks and sharpen or replace the tool if cutting performance deteriorates. Clean and lightly oil the pivot to preserve smooth operation and prevent corrosion. Store the pliers in a dry place and avoid exposure to corrosive substances. When working with electrical circuits, follow safety practices and disconnect power before cutting conductors.
