Pneumatic caulking gun Deli Tools EDL2370

The Pneumatic caulking gun Deli Tools EDL2370 combines a durable aluminum frame with a compact 230 mm width and a black-and-yellow design intended for practical identification on the job. It is engineered for pneumatic operation to deliver sealants and adhesives with consistent flow and reduced hand fatigue. The tool is suitable for both professional tradespeople and DIY users who require controlled bead application and repeatable results.

Advantages

The aluminum construction provides a balance of strength and reduced weight, while the pneumatic drive enables steady dispensing of materials compared with manual guns. The 230 mm width accommodates standard cartridge sizes for common sealants and adhesives. Its ergonomic layout and color-coded finish support ease of handling and visibility on busy work sites.

Suitable for

• Applying silicone, polyurethane, and acrylic sealants in joints and seams
• Dispensing construction adhesives for panel and trim installation
• Weatherproofing around windows, doors, and exterior penetrations
• Interior finishing tasks such as baseboard and moulding sealing

Key specifications

• Frame material: aluminum
• Overall width: 230 mm
• Power source: pneumatic (air-driven)
• Finish: black and yellow
• Compatibility: designed for standard-sized sealant and adhesive cartridges

How to use

Connect the caulking gun to a suitable compressed air supply following the hose and connector specifications of your workshop. Load a compatible sealant or adhesive cartridge into the frame, secure the cartridge, set the air pressure according to the material manufacturer's recommendations, and operate the trigger to apply an even bead. Maintain a consistent movement and angle relative to the joint for a uniform finish. After use, depressurize the tool, remove any remaining material from the nozzle, and store the gun in a dry place.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow the sealant or adhesive manufacturer's instructions for temperature, substrate preparation, and curing. Adjust air pressure to match the viscosity of the product to avoid over-dispensing. Regularly inspect and clean the nozzle and frame to ensure consistent performance and longevity.
