This SATA extension cable by Delock enables the extension of a SATA data and power interface and can be used to connect different devices with a 22 pin SATA connector. The cable is 1 m long and features a combined 22-pin SATA connector (7-pin data + 15-pin power) on both ends. It supports SATA transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s and is backward compatible with SATA 1.5 Gb/s and 3 Gb/s. The cable includes four power wires (yellow = 12 V, red = 5 V, black = GND) and uses 26 AWG for the data line and 18 AWG for the power line.
