This USB cable by Delock enables the connection between a device with a USB Type-C™ connector and a PC or laptop equipped with a free USB Type-C™ port. The active optical construction makes the cable thinner, lighter and suitable for longer-distance transmission without signal loss. It supports DisplayPort 2.1 (4 lanes) for high-resolution video, USB data transfer up to 10 Gbps and USB Power Delivery up to 60 W.

Advantages

The active optical design reduces weight and thickness compared with traditional copper cables while allowing longer reach without degradation of high-speed signals. The cable supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode with DisplayPort 2.1 (4 lanes) for up to 8K@60 Hz when used with compatible USB-C monitors and hosts. USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) data transfer is supported for compatible devices, and USB Power Delivery enables device charging up to 60 W (20 V / 3 A). Backward compatibility with USB 2.0 is maintained.
