The DeLOCK 90097 is an internal PCIe adapter that adds four external USB 3.2 ports to a PC: two USB-C and two USB Type-A connectors. It is designed for connecting a variety of USB devices such as docking stations, card readers and external enclosures and supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 data rates up to 20 Gbit/s on the Type-C ports when available.

Advantages

The card uses four ASM3242 chipsets — one dedicated controller per port — which enables simultaneous high-speed transfers with up to 20 Gbit/s on each USB-C port and up to 10 Gbit/s on each USB-A port when multiple ports are active. Power can be supplied via the PCIe slot or an additional 4‑pin power connector if higher current is required. Individual port outputs are up to 5 V / 3 A for Type-C and 5 V / 0.9 A for Type-A, with a combined maximum output of 7.8 A.
