Filament spool – Devil Design PETG 1.75 mm Black, 2 kg, 20 cm diameter
Devil Design PETG 1.75 mm Black filament on a 2 kg spool with a 20 cm spool diameter is a PETG thermoplastic designed for FFF 3D printing. The filament is made of polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) and is compatible with any 1.75 mm extruder. Supplied on a single boxed spool, this black PETG filament is suitable for durable, moderately flexible parts such as functional components, prototypes and mechanical elements. The material is wound on the spool and vacuum packed with a moisture absorber to preserve print quality.
Devil Design PETG combines good mechanical strength with moderate flexibility and improved layer adhesion compared with some other common filaments. It is user-friendly for a wide range of FFF 3D printers with 1.75 mm extruders, offers consistent diameter for stable extrusion, and is available in a boxed spool that helps protect the filament during storage and transport. The vacuum packing with a desiccant reduces moisture-related printing issues.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into any compatible FFF 3D printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Preheat the hotend and bed to temperatures appropriate for PETG (refer to your printer or slicer settings for specific ranges), ensure the nozzle and filament path are clear, and perform a filament feed test to confirm smooth extrusion. Use appropriate print speeds, retraction and cooling settings for PETG to reduce stringing and achieve optimal layer adhesion. After printing, allow parts to cool before removal to avoid deformation.
Store the boxed, vacuum-packed spool with the desiccant in a dry place to minimise moisture uptake. For best results, dry the filament before printing if it has been exposed to humidity. Adjust print settings such as nozzle temperature, bed temperature and retraction to match your specific printer and part geometry; test small prints to fine-tune parameters.
