3D printing filament Devil Design PETG Fluorescent Green 1 kg 1.75 mm
Devil Design PETG Fluorescent Green 1 kg 1.75 mm is a PETG thermoplastic filament designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The filament is wound on a 1 kg spool with a 1.75 mm diameter and packed with a moisture absorber. Made from Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG), this fluorescent green filament combines ease of printing with improved mechanical strength and chemical resistance compared with standard PLA, making it suitable for durable functional parts, prototypes and visual models.
PETG offers a balance of printability and performance: it prints at moderate temperatures, exhibits good layer adhesion and low warping, and provides increased toughness and chemical resistance relative to some other common filaments. The fluorescent green colour delivers high visibility for signage, markers or decorative parts, while the 1.75 mm diameter on a 1 kg spool ensures compatibility with a wide range of consumer and professional FDM/FFF printers. The filament is vacuum packed with desiccant to reduce moisture uptake during storage and transport.
Load the 1.75 mm PETG filament into any compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer following the manufacturer’s loading procedure. Recommended print settings vary by machine and nozzle size; typical starting parameters are nozzle temperature in the range suited to PETG (consult your printer or filament guidelines), bed temperature to improve adhesion, and moderate print speeds to ensure good layer bonding. Store unopened spools in a dry environment; after opening, reseal or store with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption that can affect print quality.
Use a heated bed and ensure proper first-layer adhesion. Adjust retraction and cooling settings to reduce stringing, and consider a brim or raft for parts with small contact areas. Dry filament if prints show bubbling or poor layer quality after exposure to humidity.
