3D printing filament Devil Design PETG Blue 1 kg 1.75 mm
Devil Design PETG Blue 1 kg 1.75 mm is a blue 3D printing filament made from Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG). Supplied on a 1 kg spool and vacuum packed with a desiccant, this 1.75 mm filament is compatible with most FDM/FFF printers that accept 1.75 mm material. PETG combines good layer adhesion and mechanical strength with relative ease of printing, making it suitable for functional parts, prototypes and durable models where dimensional stability and impact resistance are required.
PETG offers a balance of strength, toughness and chemical resistance compared with standard PLA and ABS. The material provides reliable inter-layer bonding, reduced warping compared to ABS and improved impact resistance compared to PLA. The spool is vacuum sealed with a moisture absorber to help maintain filament quality during storage and before first use. The 1.75 mm diameter ensures wide compatibility with a broad range of open-frame and enclosed FDM/FFF printers.
Load the 1.75 mm Devil Design PETG filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer following the printer manufacturer's filament loading procedure. Typical printing settings for PETG start with a nozzle temperature around 230–250°C and a heated bed temperature around 60–80°C; adjust temperatures and print speed according to your specific printer and part geometry. Use moderate cooling, strong bed adhesion method (such as glue stick or PEI sheet) and calibrate retraction settings to reduce stringing. Keep the filament in its vacuum packaging with the desiccant until ready to use to minimize moisture absorption.
For best results, dry the filament if it has absorbed moisture (evidence: bubbling or poor surface finish) before printing. Fine-tune extrusion multiplier and print speed for consistent flow, and perform test prints to determine optimal retraction and cooling parameters for your printer. Store unused filament sealed with a desiccant in a dry environment.
