Filament spool, devil design PETG 1.75 mm Grey 1 kg
Filament spool, devil design PETG 1.75 mm Grey 1 kg is a 1 kg reel of PET-G (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified) filament in grey, designed for desktop FDM/FFF 3D printers with a 1.75 mm feed. The filament is wound on a single 20 cm diameter spool and supplied vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber to preserve print quality. PET-G combines the ease of printing typical for PLA-like materials with improved toughness, chemical resistance and layer adhesion, making it suitable for both functional parts and aesthetic models.
PET-G offers a balance of mechanical strength and printability: it prints at moderate temperatures, shows reduced warping compared with ABS, and provides good impact resistance and chemical tolerance. The material has reliable layer bonding and produces smooth surfaces in grey tones suitable for visible parts. Vacuum packing with a desiccant reduces moisture-related print defects, while the universal 1.75 mm diameter ensures compatibility with most consumer FDM/FFF extruders.
Load the 1.75 mm PET-G filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer following the printer manufacturer's filament loading procedure. Recommended print settings typically include a nozzle temperature in the range of 230–250°C and a heated bed temperature around 60–80°C, but adjust according to your printer and part requirements. Use moderate print speeds and enable retraction settings optimized for PET-G to reduce stringing. Ensure the spool can rotate freely and that the filament path is free of sharp angles to prevent feeding issues.
Store unopened spools in a dry place; after opening, keep the filament in a sealed container with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption. For best results on visible parts, tune cooling and retraction to optimise surface finish. When printing functional parts, consider annealing or post-processing if higher dimensional stability or surface hardness is required.
