3D printing filament Devil Design PLA 1.75 mm Green 1 kg (1.75mm)
Devil Design PLA 1.75 mm Green is a 1 kg spool of polylactic acid filament designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The filament has a nominal diameter of 1.75 mm and is supplied vacuum packed with a moisture absorber to preserve print quality. Made from biodegradable PLA derived from renewable resources, this green filament is suitable for general-purpose prototyping, hobby models and decorative parts where easy handling and low warping are required. The spool has an approximate diameter of 20 cm and fits most open and standard printer setups that accept 1.75 mm filament.
The filament offers straightforward printing behavior with low warping and reliable layer adhesion typical of PLA materials, which simplifies setup for hobbyists and makers. Being biodegradable and produced from renewable resources, it provides an environmentally preferable option compared with some petroleum-based filaments. Vacuum packaging with a desiccant helps maintain consistent extrusion and reduces moisture-related printing issues.
Install the spool on a compatible 3D printer designed for 1.75 mm filament and feed the filament through the printer's filament path according to the machine manufacturer's instructions. Typical printing temperatures for PLA range from about 190°C to 220°C; start in the middle of that range and adjust based on extrusion consistency and surface finish. Use a print bed temperature between 20–60°C or an unheated bed with adhesive aids as required. Allow the filament to reach stable printing conditions and monitor the first layer to ensure correct bed adhesion and extrusion.
Store the vacuum-packed spool in a dry environment and reseal or transfer to airtight storage with desiccant after opening to prevent moisture uptake. For best results, calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings for your printer and nozzle size, and perform small test prints when changing colors or print profiles.
