Filament devil design 05902280031918 — 1.75 mm PLA (single spool)
devil design 05902280031918 — 1.75 mm PLA (single spool) is a 1.75 mm diameter 3D printing filament supplied on a single spool and intended for general-purpose FDM/FFF printing. This PLA material is suitable for model making, prototyping and hobby prints on printers that accept 1.75 mm filament and support standard PLA extrusion temperatures. The spool provides a convenient supply of filament for routine projects and short production runs when a reliable, easy-to-print thermoplastic is required.
This PLA filament offers low-warp behavior, good layer adhesion and straightforward printing characteristics typical of polylactic acid. It prints at standard PLA temperatures on most FDM/FFF machines and does not require a heated chamber. The material is dimensionally stable when stored in a dry environment, and its consistent diameter reduces extrusion issues and improves print repeatability.
Load the filament into an FDM/FFF printer that accepts 1.75 mm material. Set the nozzle temperature to a standard PLA extrusion range according to your printer and filament recommendations, calibrate bed leveling and first-layer settings, and perform a filament purge to ensure smooth extrusion. Monitor the first layers for adhesion and adjust print speed, cooling and temperature if required. After printing, store any unused filament in a sealed container or desiccant bag to prevent moisture absorption.
For best results, print PLA on a clean build surface with moderate bed adhesion aids (blue tape, glue stick, PEI or similar) and active part cooling. Use recommended extrusion temperatures for your printer model, keep filament dry between uses, and perform routine nozzle maintenance to avoid clogs. When testing a new color or spool, run a small calibration print to confirm settings before starting a critical project.
