Filament devil design Nylon PA12 1.75 mm 0.33 kg – Natural
devil design Nylon PA12 1.75 mm filament in Natural is a technical 3D printing material formulated for functional parts, prototypes and mechanical components. The filament has a nominal diameter of 1.75 mm and a net spool weight of 0.33 kg. PA12 is selected for applications that require improved toughness, chemical resistance and dimensional stability compared with many common thermoplastics, making it suitable for demanding FDM/FFF printing jobs where durability and reliable performance are important.
Nylon PA12 combines good mechanical strength with increased flexibility and impact resistance, while offering better resistance to fuels, oils and many chemicals compared with standard PLA or ABS. The natural color provides a neutral appearance for prototypes and end-use parts without additional post-processing. Its dimensional stability and low moisture uptake relative to some other nylons reduce warping and improve print repeatability on compatible 1.75 mm FDM/FFF printers.
Load the 1.75 mm nylon filament into a compatible FDM/FFF printer following the manufacturer's filament-loading procedure. Use a heated build plate and appropriate nozzle temperature for PA12-type nylons; ensure the printer's filament path and extruder are suitable for semi-flexible technical filaments. Dry the filament before printing if it has been exposed to humid conditions to avoid print defects. Calibrate extrusion multiplier and print speed on test prints to achieve consistent layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy.
Recommended starting settings: use a nozzle temperature and heated bed settings appropriate for PA12-family materials, enable part cooling conservatively, and store the filament in a dry, sealed container with desiccant when not in use. When printing functional mechanical parts, test for fit and mechanical performance and consider post-print drying or annealing if dimensional stability or moisture-related issues are observed.
