Filament devil design PETG 1.75 mm 1 kg – devil design (Gold)
Filament devil design PETG 1.75 mm 1 kg – devil design (Gold) is a spool of PETG 3D printing filament with a 1.75 mm diameter and 1 kg net weight in a gold color. This filament is formulated to provide a combination of mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability suitable for FDM/FFF 3D printers that accept 1.75 mm filament. Compared with PLA, PETG offers improved impact resistance and heat tolerance while remaining printable on the majority of consumer and prosumer 3D printers.
devil design PETG delivers consistent diameter and spool winding to reduce feeding problems and ensure stable extrusion. The material balances toughness and layer adhesion for durable parts, while its chemical composition provides increased resistance to moisture and mild chemicals. The gold color provides a metallic-like appearance for decorative items without requiring post-processing paints or coatings in many cases.
Load the spool onto the printer’s filament holder and feed the filament through the extruder path according to your printer’s instructions. Preheat the nozzle and build plate to PETG-appropriate temperatures for your specific printer and filament batch; typical nozzle temperatures range from 230°C to 250°C and bed temperatures from 60°C to 80°C, but check first-layer adhesion and adjust as needed. Use moderate print speeds and ensure the first layer is well-adhered. Reduce or disable part cooling for improved layer bonding where required, and enable a heated bed or adhesion aids such as glue stick or PET tape to prevent warping.
Store the filament in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant to maintain print quality. When switching between materials, purge the nozzle to prevent cross-contamination. For best dimensional accuracy, calibrate extrusion multiplier and measure actual filament diameter in several points of the spool, then input the measured value into slicer settings.
