Filament spool PETG 1.75 mm 1 kg, devil design — Olive Green
Devil Design PETG filament in Olive Green, 1.75 mm diameter on a 1 kg spool, is formulated for FFF/FDM 3D printers that take 1.75 mm filament. It combines the dimensional stability and chemical resistance typical of PETG with improved layer adhesion and toughness suitable for functional parts and prototypes. The colour provides a consistent, deep olive finish that is suitable for visible components and decorative pieces while maintaining PETG’s mechanical properties.
This PETG filament offers high impact resistance, good ductility and reduced brittleness compared with standard PLA. It provides strong interlayer bonding, lower warping than many engineering plastics, and reliable feeding on direct drive and Bowden extruders when printed at recommended temperatures. The material’s resistance to moisture and many common chemicals makes it practical for parts exposed to humid environments or light chemical contact.
Load the 1.75 mm PETG filament into a compatible FFF/FDM 3D printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Set the extrusion temperature consistent with PETG materials and fine-tune within the typical range for best surface finish and layer bonding. Use a heated build plate and appropriate bed adhesion method—such as a PEI sheet, glue stick, or blue painter’s tape—to reduce the risk of warping. Allow printed parts to cool gradually to maintain dimensional stability and strength.
Store the spool in a dry environment or sealed bag with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption. For critical dimensional or load-bearing parts, perform test prints to optimise temperature, retraction and cooling settings. Clean the nozzle and feeding path regularly to prevent clogging when switching colours or materials.
