How to use

Place the primary node near your internet gateway or router and position the secondary node in an area with weaker signal to extend coverage. Connect the primary unit to your modem or existing router via Ethernet if required by your network setup, then power both units. Use the Devolo setup application or web interface to configure the mesh network, set network name (SSID) and password, and apply any firmware updates. After initial setup the nodes manage client connections and handover automatically.

Usage recommendations

For best performance locate nodes at intermediate distances where each node still receives a stable signal from its mesh partner; avoid placing units inside metal cabinets or directly behind large appliances. Keep firmware updated and separate the mesh SSID from any legacy guest networks when possible to reduce interference. Use wired backhaul where available to maximize throughput between nodes.
