Diam Drill Bit Extension, 300 mm length, is designed to extend the reach of 1 1/4" diamond core bits for core drilling in concrete, masonry and similar construction materials. The extension rod provides a rigid connection to compatible 1 1/4" diamond cores and allows drilling at greater depths or into recessed and hard-to-reach areas without changing the primary coring bit.
The extension increases usable drilling depth while preserving drilling accuracy and stability. Constructed to work with standard 1 1/4" diamond cores, it reduces the need for repositioning or multiple tool changes on site. Its robust design helps transfer torque efficiently from the drill to the core bit, minimising wobble and wear during prolonged operations.
Attach the extension firmly between the drill machine arbor and the 1 1/4" diamond core bit following the drill and core manufacturer guidance. Ensure all connections are tightened and locked before starting the machine. Use appropriate drilling speed, feed pressure and water cooling as recommended for diamond core drilling in the chosen material.
