DJI Care Refresh annual plan for Osmo Mobile 7 provides manufacturer-backed service protection that covers accidental damage and offers replacements or repairs during the plan validity. Electronic activation codes are sent Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 to the email address provided at order. The official manufacturer warranty remains in effect while DJI Care Refresh is active. The plan can be activated once within 30 days after the device's first activation and can be extended by purchasing additional one-year plans (up to two extensions for a maximum of three years total).

Advantages

DJI Care Refresh allows up to two replacements of damaged equipment per year for a small additional fee and replaces damaged hardware with new or equivalent new parts. For the Osmo Mobile 7 series each replacement under the plan costs 39 PLN (amount may vary when processed by the manufacturer depending on exchange rates). If the Care Refresh service is not used during the validity period, the user receives an additional one-year warranty extension as a benefit.
