Cutting Disc Ø355×3.0×25.4 mm DNIPRO-M for Angle Grinder — 355 mm diameter, 3.0 mm thickness, 25.4 mm bore
DNIPRO-M cutting disc Ø355×3.0×25.4 mm is produced for use with high-capacity angle grinders and industrial cutting tasks. With a 355 mm diameter and 3.0 mm cutting thickness, the disc is optimized for sectional cutting of straight metal and structural elements. The 25.4 mm bore ensures compatibility with grinders that accept a 25.4 mm arbor. The product is intended for rapid, linear cuts in steel and similar ferrous metals on construction sites and in workshops, providing stable rotation and predictable cutting performance when mounted on suitable machines.
The disc combines large diameter and thin cutting thickness to enable faster cutting speeds while maintaining adequate rigidity for straight cuts. Its design minimizes vibration during operation and helps deliver consistent cutting depth and edge quality. The standardized 25.4 mm bore allows simple mounting on compatible high-capacity grinders, and the construction materials are selected to provide adequate wear resistance under typical metal-cutting conditions.
Mount the disc on an angle grinder with a matching 25.4 mm arbor and ensure the grinder is switched off and disconnected from the power source before installation. Tighten the flange according to the grinder manufacturer’s instructions and check that the disc rotates freely without wobble before powering the tool. During cutting, secure the workpiece, use appropriate cutting speed and feed pressure, and maintain a straight cutting line. Allow the disc to cool between prolonged cuts to avoid overheating. Replace the disc if you notice cracks, severe wear, or any deformation.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, face shield, gloves, hearing protection) and follow the grinder manufacturer’s safety guidelines. Ensure the disc is rated for the grinder’s maximum RPM and avoid side pressure that the disc is not designed to withstand. Store discs flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
