Plug the unit into the mains supply and switch it on using the power control. Prepare your ingredients by slicing meats, vegetables, and cheeses into small, manageable pieces that fit easily into the enamel raclette pans or onto the top baking plate. Place the pans filled with cheese or small portions into the lower tier of the grill, while utilizing the top non-stick plate for grilling meats, vegetables, pancakes, or fried eggs. Use the provided wooden spatulas to remove food from the non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching the coating. Once cooking is complete, switch off the appliance, unplug it from the power source, and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning the removable parts with mild detergent and a soft cloth.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure you have adequate table space for a round appliance designed for eight persons
• Check that your dining area has a nearby power outlet or use a compatible extension cord due to the 1.5-meter length
• Verify that the dual-function cooking style suits your culinary preferences for tabletop dining

Usage recommendations: Always allow the raclette grill to preheat fully before adding food for optimal cooking results. Clean the non-stick baking plate and enamel pans after every use once completely cooled to maintain the coating quality and prolong the lifespan of the appliance. Never use metal utensils on the non-stick surfaces to avoid permanent scratches.
