Contact grill Domo DO9135G, stainless steel, square, 2000 W, adjustable thermostat
Domo DO9135G is a square contact grill with a stainless steel housing, 2000 W power and an adjustable thermostat. Designed for grilling sandwiches, meat, fish and vegetables, it combines a compact countertop form factor with a 0.85 m power cord length and a floating lid that adapts to ingredient thickness. The grill plates have a Teflon non-stick coating, and a removable drip tray plus a dedicated cleaning accessory for the grooves make maintenance straightforward.
The stainless steel body offers durable surface protection and a neutral look suited to home kitchens and small catering environments. The 2000 W heating delivers consistent heat for faster searing and even cooking, while the adjustable thermostat provides control over cooking temperature for different foods. The floating lid ensures even contact with food of varying thicknesses and the non-stick coating simplifies food release and cleaning. A removable drip tray collects excess fat and liquids to reduce smoke and simplify cleanup.
Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable outlet. Preheat the device using the adjustable thermostat to the temperature recommended for the food you plan to cook. Open the floating lid, position the food on the lower grill plate, then gently lower the lid to make contact with the top of the food. Cook until the desired doneness is reached, monitoring progress through occasional checks. When finished, switch the thermostat off and unplug the appliance. Allow the grill to cool before removing the drip tray and using the included cleaning accessory to clear residues from the grooves. Wipe the stainless steel housing with a damp cloth as needed.
For best results, preheat the grill for a few minutes before placing food on the plates. Use moderate amounts of oil or cooking spray only if needed despite the non-stick coating, and avoid metal utensils that could damage the Teflon surface. Empty and clean the drip tray after each use to prevent buildup and reduce smoke during cooking. Regularly inspect and clean the grooves with the supplied accessory to maintain even heat transfer and extend the life of the grill.
