Plastic protective cover Donau L-type, PP, A4, 180 µm, transparent yellow
Donau L-type plastic protective cover for A4 documents is made from polypropylene (PP) with a single-sided transparent yellow finish and a thickness of 180 µm. Designed to serve as a front cover or sleeve, it provides consistent protection for reports, presentations, catalogues and archived papers in office, school or home environments. The semi-transparent yellow tone makes the first page visible while adding color differentiation for organisation.
The polypropylene material offers water resistance and protection from dirt and wear while remaining flexible and light. At 180 µm thickness the cover resists creasing and provides a firmer front for stapled or bound documents without significantly increasing bulk. The L-type open edge allows easy insertion and removal of A4 sheets and supports quick document updates. Its transparent yellow tint helps with visual sorting and indexing without obscuring printed content.
Place the first page or the assembled document into the L-type opening so the cover aligns with the front edge of the A4 sheets. For bound or stapled documents, slide the cover over the front to provide a protective face; for loose sheets, insert the stack so the top and side edges are covered. Remove dust or moisture before storage to maintain clarity. Store flat or upright in a folder or box to avoid bending.
For prolonged archival storage, pair the polypropylene cover with acid-free inner sheets and avoid exposure to direct sunlight to reduce colour fading. Use for quick visual sorting by colour-coding multiple covers when organising projects, presentations or filing systems.
